In this video segment from Between the Lions, a boy tells us about how colors correspond to feelings and members of his family. The boy states that yesterday he had the blues, but that today he has the greens. The boy explains that his dad claims he has the grays, Sasha has the pinks, Talia has the indigos, Gram has the yellows, and Mama has the reds. The boy wonders if tomorrow he'll have the silvers. He concludes that his family is the type of family that makes you feel like it's all golden. Featured vocabulary includes: blues, greens, grays, pinks, indigos, yellows, reds, silvers, and golden. All words appear on screen. This video segment provides a resource for Fluency and Phonological Awareness.
