Bird Food
A slide show shows eight different birds.
- Broad Billed Hummingbird: The Broad Billed Hummingbird is a small, bright green and blue bird. It flies to a flower and dips its long, thin beak into a blossom.
- Brown Pelican: The Brown Pelican is a large grey-brown bird with a white head. As the Pelican swallows a fish, its huge throat bulges and the fish's tail pokes out of its mouth.
- Great Crested Flycatcher: The Great Crested Flycatcher grips a small winged insect in its thin beak.
- Jay: The Jay stands at the foot of a tree, holding tiny seeds in its short beak.
- Perigirn Falcon: The Perigrin Flacon holds its prey with its talons and rips off the meat with its short, curved beak.
- Puffin: The Puffin is black and white, like a penguin, with orange webbed feet. The Puffin holds lots of tiny fish in its beak.
- Waxwing: The Waxwing stands on a leafy tree branch and grips a red berry in its short beak.
- Yellow-Billed Hornbill: The Hornbill holds an insect in its curved, yellow beak.
